The service
Dyvo is a screen-free audio player for kids and the web service that powers it: an account, a card library, a store, and tools for recording your own audio. The service is provided by Alice Tech Labs.
Your account
Accounts are for adults. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email and passkeys secure.
Your content
Recordings you and your invited family members make belong to you. You give us the permission needed to store them and play them on your registered devices — that's all we use it for. Don't record content you don't have the right to record.
Purchases
Cards bought in the store are one-time purchases tied to your account. Physical cards ship to the address you provide. If a card arrives damaged or a purchase goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other families' content, resell access, or interfere with the platform.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as-is while we're in early access. Devices carry the warranty stated at purchase. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes will be announced to account holders by email.
